Cancellation PolicyStandard Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation Deadline: Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the check-in date.
  2. Late Cancellations: If a reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the check-in date, a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night's stay will be charged. No-Shows: If a guest does not arrive and does not cancel their reservation, a no-show fee equivalent to the first night's stay will be charged.
  3. Non-Refundable Bookings Non-Refundable Rate: For reservations made under the non-refundable rate, the total price of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show.Special
  4. Promotions and Packages: Cancellations for reservations made under special promotions or packages are subject to the terms and conditions of the promotion. Please refer to the specific promotion's details for cancellation policies.Group Bookings
  5. Group Reservations: For group bookings (5 rooms or more), a separate cancellation policy applies. Please contact our reservations department for detailed information.
  6. Early Departures Early Departures: In case of an early departure, the remaining nights of the stay may be charged as per the original booking.
  7. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), the hotel reserves the right to waive cancellation fees. Guests will be informed of such changes as soon as possible.
  8. Refunds if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method used during the booking

Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.
